How Quad Montenegro collects, uses and protects your personal data when you book a quad or buggy tour.

Your privacy matters to us. We collect only the data we need to arrange your tour, and we never sell it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected through quadmontenegro.me (“Quad Montenegro”, “we”, “us”) is Neting d.o.o., Montenegro. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and what rights you have.

We process personal data in accordance with the data protection laws of Montenegro and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

Data you give us:

Booking requests: your full name, email address, phone number, the tour, the preferred date, the vehicle type, the number of riders and any message you add.
Contact form: your full name, email address, phone number and your message.
WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, phone and email: your name, phone number or email address and the content of your messages.

Data collected automatically: when you visit the website, our hosting server records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device, the pages visited and the time of the visit. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking. See our Cookie Policy.

Please do not send us sensitive data (such as health information) unless it is necessary for your safety on the tour and you choose to share it.

3. How we use your data and why

To handle your booking request and arrange your tour with the Operator: necessary to take steps at your request before a contract is concluded and to perform it.
To reply to your questions sent through the contact form, messaging apps, phone or email: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps at your request.
To keep the website secure and working (technical data, server logs): our legitimate interest.
To meet legal obligations, for example when a competent authority requests information.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for newsletters or advertising.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers (such as Google, Meta/WhatsApp, Viber and Telegram) may process data outside Montenegro and the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the transfer relies on the safeguards those providers offer, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep booking requests and messages for as long as needed to arrange your tour and deal with any follow-up questions or complaints, and generally no longer than 24 months after the date of the tour or your last message, unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and then deleted.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

request access to the personal data we hold about you;
ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
ask us to delete your data;
ask us to restrict processing or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (data portability);
withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To use these rights, contact us at quadmontenegro@gmail.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. If your request concerns data held by an Operator, we will forward it to the Operator.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro, or with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, restricted access to booking requests and regular updates of the website software. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Bookings must be made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. Children may take part in tours only as passengers, booked by an adult.

10. Operators and third-party services

The Operators are independent businesses and act as separate controllers of the data they receive to carry out the tours. Neting d.o.o. is not responsible for how Operators or third-party services (such as WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram or Google) process your data. Please refer to their own privacy policies.

11. Limitation of liability

Neting d.o.o. acts solely as an intermediary booking service. All tours presented on this website are organised and carried out by independent local Operators, who are solely responsible for the tours, including the safety of participants, the technical condition of vehicles and equipment, compliance with local laws and regulations, and any required licences and insurance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neting d.o.o. accepts no liability, whether material or non-material, for any accident, personal injury, illness, loss of or damage to property, delay, change, cancellation or any other incident or unwanted situation arising from or in connection with a tour, the vehicles, the equipment or the services of the Operator. Any claims relating to a tour must be addressed directly to the Operator carrying it out.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
