Please read these Booking Terms carefully before sending a booking request. By sending a booking request, you confirm that you have read and accepted them.
The website quadmontenegro.me (“Quad Montenegro”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Neting d.o.o., Montenegro. Quad Montenegro is an intermediary booking service: we present quad and buggy tours in Montenegro and pass booking requests on to independent local tour operators.
The tours themselves are organised and carried out by these operators (“Operator”). The contract for the tour service is concluded between you and the Operator. Neting d.o.o. is not a tour operator and does not provide vehicles, guides or equipment.
A booking request is not a confirmed booking. After you send a request, the Operator or its guide contacts you by phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm availability, the date, the start time, the meeting point and the price. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive this confirmation.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and must provide correct contact details and information about the participants. All tours are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Prices are per vehicle (one driver and, optionally, one passenger) unless stated otherwise. Where a price is shown as “price on request”, the final price is confirmed with you before the tour.
No payment is taken through this website. Payment is made directly to the Operator on the day of the tour, in the way the Operator accepts (cash or card), unless agreed otherwise when your booking is confirmed.
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please let us or the Operator know as early as possible by WhatsApp, phone or email. Cancellation conditions are described in our Cancellation Policy and may be specified by the Operator when your booking is confirmed.
If you do not arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time without informing us or the Operator, the tour may start without you or be cancelled.
For the safety of participants, the Operator may change the route, shorten the tour, reschedule it or cancel it because of weather, road conditions, technical problems or other circumstances beyond its control. In case of storms or other unsafe conditions, the tour is rescheduled or cancelled free of charge.
The guide may change the route or the pace during the tour at any time if they consider it necessary for safety.
The Operator or guide may refuse participation, or stop the tour for a participant, if these requirements are not met or if a participant endangers themselves or others.
Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to vehicles, equipment or third parties through negligence, reckless driving or failure to follow the guide’s instructions. Any such damage is settled directly between the participant and the Operator. The Operator may ask for an ID or driving licence before the tour.
We strongly recommend that all participants have personal travel and accident insurance that covers activities such as quad and buggy riding. Any insurance related to the vehicles and the tour is the responsibility of the Operator.
Neting d.o.o. acts solely as an intermediary booking service. The Operators are solely responsible for the tours, including the safety of participants, the technical condition of vehicles and equipment, compliance with local laws and regulations, and any required licences and insurance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neting d.o.o. accepts no liability, whether material or non-material, for any accident, personal injury, illness, loss of or damage to property, delay, change, cancellation or any other incident or unwanted situation arising from or in connection with a tour, the vehicles, the equipment or the services of the Operator. Any claims relating to a tour must be addressed directly to the Operator carrying it out.
Participants take part in the tours voluntarily and at their own risk.
To arrange your tour, the details you send in a booking request (such as your name, email, phone number, date and number of riders) are shared with the Operator who carries out the tour. We use your data only to handle your request and to contact you about it. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.
Complaints about a tour should be addressed to the Operator, preferably on the day of the tour so that the issue can be resolved on the spot. If you need help reaching the Operator, contact us at quadmontenegro@gmail.com and we will forward your message.
These Booking Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Montenegro, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Booking Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking request applies to your booking.
