Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website. For bookings, please also read our Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy.

1. About this website

The website quadmontenegro.me (“Quad Montenegro”, “website”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Neting d.o.o., Montenegro. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website, including browsing tour information and sending booking requests or messages through it.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. When you book a tour, our Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy also apply.

3. Our role

Quad Montenegro is an intermediary booking service. We present quad and buggy tours in Montenegro and pass booking requests on to independent local tour operators (“Operator”), who organise and carry out the tours and provide the vehicles, guides and equipment.

Neting d.o.o. is not a tour operator, is not a party to the contract for the tour service between you and the Operator, and does not take payments for tours through this website.

4. Information on the website

We take care to keep tour descriptions, durations, routes, photos and other information on the website accurate and up to date. However, this information is provided for general guidance only:

Routes, stops and durations are approximate and may be adjusted by the Operator or guide to the group, the weather and the conditions on the day.
Photos are illustrative and may not show the exact vehicles, route or conditions of your tour.
Prices shown as “price on request”, and any other prices, are confirmed by the Operator before the tour.
Ratings and reviews reflect the personal opinions of guests.
Availability is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.

5. Booking requests and messages

A booking request sent through the website, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram or email is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only when the Operator or its guide confirms availability, the date, the time, the meeting point and the price. Details of the booking process are set out in our Booking Terms.

You agree to provide correct and complete information and to use only your own contact details or those of people who have agreed to be booked with you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

send false, misleading or spam booking requests or messages;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its data;
interfere with the operation or security of the website, or introduce viruses or other harmful code;
copy, scrape or collect content or data from the website by automated means without our permission;
use the website in a way that infringes the rights of others or breaks applicable law.

We may block access to the website or ignore requests from anyone who does not respect these rules.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including texts, design, graphics, logos and the arrangement of the content, is owned by Neting d.o.o. or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, reproduction or distribution requires our prior written consent.

8. Third-party links and services

The website contains links to and features from third-party services, such as WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Google Maps and social networks. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

9. Availability of the website

We aim to keep the website available at all times, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, including the tours presented, at any time without notice.

10. Limitation of liability

Neting d.o.o. acts solely as an intermediary booking service. All tours presented on this website are organised and carried out by independent local Operators, who are solely responsible for the tours, including the safety of participants, the technical condition of vehicles and equipment, compliance with local laws and regulations, and any required licences and insurance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neting d.o.o. accepts no liability, whether material or non-material, for any accident, personal injury, illness, loss of or damage to property, delay, change, cancellation or any other incident or unwanted situation arising from or in connection with a tour, the vehicles, the equipment or the services of the Operator. Any claims relating to a tour must be addressed directly to the Operator carrying it out.

The website and its content are provided “as is”. Neting d.o.o. is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the website or the information on it, including errors or omissions in the content.

11. Personal data

We process the personal data you send us only to handle your request and to arrange your tour with the Operator. More information is available in our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Montenegro. Any disputes are subject to the competent courts of Montenegro, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown as “Last updated”. Please check this page regularly.
