Sveti Andrija & Vranovo Brdo Fort

Old Austro-Hungarian roads above Perast and Risan, with views of Our Lady of the Rocks, St. George and the Verige strait.

About this tour

The Sveti Andrija route climbs to the heights above Perast and Risan, in the innermost part of the Bay of Kotor. Old Austro-Hungarian roads wind through forest and karst up towards the fort on Vranovo Brdo, far from the traffic and crowds below.

Along the way the views keep opening up: the islands of Our Lady of the Rocks and St. George in front of Perast, the narrow Verige strait, the Vrmac ridge and the whole inner Boka. The route combines the coastal and island scenery of the bay with the feeling of untouched nature in the hills.

This is the longest tour in Boka: more than 100 km in total and 5.5 to 7 hours, made for riders who want a calmer panoramic adventure with plenty of time at the viewpoints. Because of its length, especially in the summer months, it is available on request only and arranged individually. It runs by quad or by buggy.
