The Tara Bridge Jeep Safari takes you from Žabljak to one of the most famous sights in Montenegro: the Đurđevića Tara Bridge, a concrete arch bridge that crosses the Tara Canyon about 172 m above the river.
After the stop at the bridge, the jeep descends to the banks of the Tara River, known for its clear emerald water and for rafting. The last stop is a viewpoint on the Tara looking towards Kosanica, with a view over the canyon, the bridge and the village of Đurđevića Tara.
The tour takes about 3 hours with a local driver-guide, so you can sit back, enjoy the views and stop for photos along the way. It is an easy and comfortable trip for all ages.
Times are approximate. The pace, the stops and the exact route are adjusted to the group and to the weather and trail conditions on the day.
