Nothing is paid online. You pay the Operator on the day of the tour.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour at no cost.
Tours cancelled for storms or unsafe conditions are rescheduled or cancelled free of charge.

This Cancellation Policy applies to all quad and buggy tours booked through quadmontenegro.me and should be read together with our Booking Terms.
Quad Montenegro is an intermediary booking service operated by Neting d.o.o., Montenegro. The tours are carried out by independent local operators (“Operator”). Because no payment is taken through this website and tours are paid directly to the Operator on the day, cancelling a booking request is simple and, in normal circumstances, free of charge.
To cancel or change your booking, contact us or your guide as early as possible by:
Please include your name, the tour, the date and the number of riders. A cancellation is valid once we or the Operator have confirmed that we received it.
For groups, special arrangements or bookings where the Operator asks for a deposit, the Operator may set different cancellation conditions. These are communicated to you when your booking is confirmed and apply in addition to this policy.
You can ask to change the date, start time, vehicle type or number of riders at any time before the tour. Changes are subject to availability and are confirmed by the Operator. Increasing the number of vehicles may change the price.
Tours run in light rain. In case of storms, strong wind, extreme heat warnings, poor road conditions or any other situation the Operator or guide considers unsafe, the tour is rescheduled or cancelled free of charge. The decision is made by the Operator or guide, usually on the day of the tour, and communicated to you by phone or WhatsApp.
In rare cases the Operator may have to cancel or change a tour because of technical problems with vehicles, illness of the guide, official restrictions or other circumstances beyond its control. You will be informed as soon as possible and offered a new date or an alternative tour, or the booking will be cancelled free of charge.
Please arrive at the meeting point on time. If you arrive late, the tour may be shortened or, if the group has already left, it may not be possible to join.
The guide may end the tour early for a participant who does not follow the safety rules, is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or endangers themselves or others. If a participant decides to end the tour early by their own choice, the Operator may still charge the agreed price.
Neting d.o.o. does not collect payments for tours and therefore does not issue refunds. If you have made any payment or deposit directly to the Operator, any refund is handled by the Operator according to the conditions agreed with you when your booking was confirmed.
Neting d.o.o. acts solely as an intermediary booking service. The Operators are solely responsible for the tours, including cancellations and changes, the safety of participants, the technical condition of vehicles and equipment, compliance with local laws and regulations, and any required licences and insurance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neting d.o.o. accepts no liability, whether material or non-material, for any accident, personal injury, illness, loss of or damage to property, delay, change, cancellation or any other incident or unwanted situation arising from or in connection with a tour, the vehicles, the equipment or the services of the Operator, including any costs related to a cancelled or changed tour (such as transport or accommodation). Any claims relating to a tour must be addressed directly to the Operator carrying it out.
